Things I've learnt from Stanchart 07

1: Don't bother using the portaloos during the race, you're better off behind any given bush.

2: Drinking too much along the way gives you stitches.

3: Pacemakers make a world of a difference, cling on to someone with a comfortable pace.

4: Run faster to beat the sun.

5: Have on you a 20 cent coin during the race, so you don't have to fight with the toilet auntie when you really need to go.
